Strategy sets the structure, story makes it human.

Strategy is my anchor; curiosity is my compass. It’s the urge to ask, explore, and understand that guides me, whether I’m mapping out a strategy in the boardroom or plotting a course up a mountain trail.

By day, I build frameworks and shape messages, helping organisations find clarity and purpose from the top-line vision down to the fine print. By instinct, I chase questions: Who are we talking to? Why would they listen? Where does intention live in a story?

Writing is how I orient myself, a way to map both the ground I’ve covered and the places I still want to go. Some stories start in remote corners, caught between weather and wonder. Others begin at a desk, fuelled by the urge to untangle the way people work and how change happens.

This corner of the internet is where those lines cross. Here, strategy meets storytelling - and my shoes hit the ground.
